Restaurant Reservations

All prices quoted are per person. Restaurant availability cannot be guaranteed unless an advance booking is made via the stadium booking office or online. Prices are valid for the period shown only. The price should be used as a guide only if no validity dates are shown. Child’s pricing – persons aged 12 and under - £6.00 payable in full upon booking.

All payments are non-refundable.

Children are not able to dine on any special offers that offer drinks or betting as a part of the package deal. While we make every effort to fulfil requests to be seated at specific tables, no guarantee can be made as to where, in the restaurant, you will be located. We require 100% of the booking value at the time of making the reservation.

Six Pack Party Bookings

Must be reserved for a minimum of 5 people.There is no guaranteed seating. Must be reserved and paid for in full prior to the evening or afternoon. Tickets are non-refundable and only transferable when a meeting has been cancelled at a days notice. This offer is only available to persons aged 18 and over.

Cancellation Terms | PLEASE READ CAREFULLY

Henlow Stadium/Winning Post Restaurant cannot be liable for any adverse weather conditions short of notice to cancel a meeting no refunds will be given but will give an option to choose another date to be arranged within 3 months to the same value as booked in the restaurant. Your reservation may be cancelled without any prior notice, should you refuse to make a payment on the dates due. Should you require to make changes/cancellations before your booking date with the following notice period, these conditions will apply: 2 weeks before You will be able to choose an alternative date (within 3 months, subject to availability and paying (if any) the price difference), or receive a full refund 2 weeks before: You can transfer your reservation to an alternative date (within 3 months, subject to availability and paying (if any) the price difference), but no refund is available 1 week or less or late reservations: No refund or transfer is available on the night if you arrive with short in numbers to your party you will loose that payment as it cannot be transferred.

Proof of Age

We may ask anyone who is (or appears to be) under 21 to prove their age when: Entering the stadium on an Adults Only package. When buying an alcoholic drink. When placing a tote bet. Buying or using any other age-restricted package or product. If we are not satisfied that you are 18 or over, service will be refused and (for Adults Only packages) you will not be permitted to enter the stadium and no refunds will be given.

Children under the age of 18 are not allowed to place any tote bets

Price Validity

Prices are valid for the periods shown. If a validity period is not indicated, please use this as a guide price only. Prices offer vary by month and different prices always apply for the Christmas period. While prices and packages are accurate at the time of publication, information is subject to change without prior notice.Sample menus re shown for guidance and are subject to change and dish availability. Certain dishes may attract a supplement charge and this is shown on the menus.

Marketing Campaign and Offers
Henlow Dogs would like to offer special discounted prices for all online Web Booking Only. Please note that these offers are only available for online Orders and NOT for orders placed via Call Centre or any other means. Henlow Dogs Marketing Team will publish these offers via Email Marketing Campaign. All offers are valid from the date of marketing campaign and these offer code cannot be applied to orders already placed prior to the Marketing Campaign Date. So we invite our customers to OPT IN into our Email Marketing Campaign, by joing our mailing list.

Payments

All cheques are to be made payable to ‘Henlow Racing Ltd’, and must be delivered to us at least 2 weeks in advance.When paying by a cheque, please include your name, address, the date of your reservation, and how many persons it is booked for. All cheque payments made on the night have to be pay on your accompanied by a valid cheque guarantee card or credit card. We might need to know additional security details, in terms of validating card payments, for example a postcode, surname, CVV code, and a house number. All your personal details would be handled according to our privacy policy. All outstanding balances (your meals/drinks) have to be paid for before your departure.

Race Sponsorship

All sponsorship are required to be paid for no later than 2 weeks prior to the chosen date. Sponsorship may be transferred to an alternative date, or refunded, subject to a minimum of 2 weeks notice. After this deadline no refunds or transfers will be available

How to Complain

Should you feel your personal information was used inappropriately, and would like to make a complaint with regards to our privacy policy, please address any correspondence to the General Manager.
